Shipping / Returns / Order Info
Items ordered and paid for will ship within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise noted in description of product. We primarily ship through USPS first class for a $3 flat rate and FedEx for priority shipping. After leaving our facility, USPS typically delivers in 1-3 business days. You will receive an email notification from us that contains tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Once the package has left Marro, LLC and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delivery delays or if a package is not able to be delivered due to address errors.
We at Marro, LLC work hard to help you get your orders as quickly as possible. So as soon as the payment is accepted and the order is confirmed, it is immediately in process to be shipped. This means there is only a very small window of time where we can catch your order before it is shipped out.
This unfortunately means NO changes can be made to your order once it is placed. There may however be time to cancel your order all together so you can start fresh. Please email us at email@example.com as soon as possible with the subject line “Cancellation” and your full name and order number. You also have the option of calling our Customer Service Department at 1.800.226.8113. We’ll let you know what we can do!
If you have any problems with your order (not received, not what you were expecting, etc.) PLEASE contact us so that we can make it right. We truly want to please our customers and will always try our hardest to resolve any situations that come up.
If a product arrives broken or damaged, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will happily replace any damaged items, however a photograph as proof of the damage/defect is required. If an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.
REFUNDS + EXCHANGES
Aww, darn! We’re sad to hear that our products may not have worked out for you. Everyone’s bodies are unique, after all. Your satisfaction is our top priority and we will do what we can to ensure your happiness with every purchase. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us at email@example.com at anytime if you are unhappy with your order. Returns are processed as store-credit or exchange due to the nature of our products unless product arrives broken or damaged. In order to receive store-credit/exchange, please reach out to us within 14 days of purchase and send the product back to us within 2 days of reaching out. We will not accept store credit/exchange for any opened product. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs. You can send your returns to:

Marro, LLC will ONLY pay for a return’s shipping costs if a product arrived damaged or if the wrong product was sent by mistake. Marro, LLC is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns, and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Marro, LLC.
Please note: We will not be able to refund the shipping cost for returns as it is directly paid to our providers.
